Nayaby, I hope you don't mind, but I used "Le Rogue en Rouge" as a character for one of my stories. He's a charming villain in a game of cat and mouse against the ineffectual protagonist, Officer Lorry.

...That okay?

((I'll see how many times I can sneak in the word, "dapper" without it sounding suspicious.))

I just participated at my school's hypnotist show, (reward for the end of finals), and wow. Sooo wickedly crazy! Can't believe these stories I'm hearing, and I barely remember it all. >:[

YOU DID WHAT!?!? How dare you use my clever wit to your own advantage! You sir, have insulted my honour. I challenge you to a duel! We shall meet for pistols at dawn!

But seriously, why would I possibly mind? Razz You should post that story when it's done and edited. I'd like to read it. And to be honest, there have probably been hundreds (or... thousands) of witty pun-makers that thought of "Le Rogue en Rouge" before me.

Lycan, I've seen a hypnotist show before, and it was awesome! I've never been able to get hypnotized myself though :/ You know how you have to believe it will work for it to work? Well apparently I don't believe enough. Which is unfortunate, because I was *trying* to believe. I mean, if I've seen it happen before, then I know it's possible, but I don't seem able to put myself in the right mindset. I over think everything and that ruins hypnosis for me Sad

I've always wanted to be hypnotised. That would be interesting... Too bad you're not able to Nayab. Sad

I've been procrastinating, again. I want to write a short story that introduces Edith, the main character of the novel I'm trying to write. Both of these are not getting anywhere. Ugh. Writer's block.

Hey guys, 3rd quarter is super heavy on homework so I probably won't be able to Roleplay for a while (I don't want to join one unless I can commit).

But anyway, Hypnosis is cool. They have a lot of relaxing hypnosis videos on Youtube, although I have never been to a show.

Oh that's OK, Red. Sometimes stuff happens. It's terrible that you can't roleplay, but real life does tend to get in the way at times, eh?

Nayaby, I assure you it's not that good. ._.

I'm not one to post random pictures from the Internet, but this time I had to. I laughed too much at this. If you haven't already guessed, I really love all things to do with turtles and tortoises. I've even written a poem called The Chelonian Man, which was for a high school assignment, but still. In any case, I laughed myself to tears from this (and it isn't even very funny when you think about it).

I give you Tortimer vs Strawberry:

I accidentally bought a regular V8 instead of a V8 fusion today.

*headdesk*

It's so terrible, but it's good for me so I'm drinking it. 1/3 done. Thought you'd like to know.

Edit: It's over. It's done. I'm getting a glass of water...

EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEARN ABOUT BALLOON DELIVERIES!

http://www.everythingisterrible.com/2009/07/cutting-edge-of-balloon-delivery.html

This is extremely important. If you can't deliver balloons the right way, you shouldn't deliver balloons at all!

I'm vaguely obsessed with the music of that violinist I posted the link to, but I also have the legend of zelda soundtrack going on right now. Gerudo Valley is for dancing in the sunlands!

The 25th Anniversary Orchestrated version? I loved it. Very different from the OoT MIDI version, but excellently done.

I've decided to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender, in preparation for The Legend of Korra this summer.

Firebender: That lemur! He's earthbending!
Sokka: No you idiot, it's the girl!

Ahhhh! Korra! So excited! You have a good idea! I will do the same! It will be good! And awesome! I miss Iroh tea shenanigans and Zuko angst and Toph badassery especially...

Sometimes I can't believe that Toph wasn't in the first season, because she's just so freaking cool.

Also, Zuka used to have a ponytail. An evil ponytail.

Like, actually an evil ponytail. Notice how he becomes an all-around nicer guy after cutting it off?

Although, that's the sort of ponytail Vreidan has. But he's not bald around it.

I just noticed we have Googlebot frequenting our forums now! HI GOOGLEBOT!

Searching "spiced toast stories" on Google now yields us as the first result. However, spiced toast, toast stories, and spiced stories, does not Sad

Also:

This sentence has five words.

This sentence contains nine syllables.

In this sentence the word 'and' occurs twice, the word 'eight' occurs twice, the word 'four' occurs twice, the word 'fourteen' occurs four times, the word 'in' occurs twice, the word 'occurs' occurs fourteen times, the word 'sentence' occurs twice, the word 'seven' occurs twice, the word 'the' occurs fourteen times, the word 'this' occurs twice, the word 'times' occurs seven times, the word 'twice' occurs eight times, and the word 'word' occurs fourteen times.

And just for fun:

Only the fool would take trouble to verify that his sentence was composed of ten a's, three b's, four c's, four d's, forty-six e's, sixteen f's, four g's, thirteen h's, fifteen i's, two k's, nine l's, four m's, twenty-five n's, twenty-four o's, five p's, sixteen r's, forty-one s's, thirty-seven t's, ten u's, eight v's, eight w's, four x's, eleven y's, twenty-seven commas, twenty-three apostrophes, seven hyphens and, last but not least, a single !

This is something I think several of you may be interested in:

Avatar: The Promise Part 1

It's a comic that takes place after The Last Airbender and before Legend of Korra. It will cover Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, and Zuko's adventures after the tv series and is supposed to prelude to the new series. An interquel if you will. Part 1 is 74 pages long! Really awesome! Part 2 is set for release in April, and Part 3 probably some time afterwards. I haven't read it yet because I'm rewatching the tv series first (this is very difficult for me, but I think it'll be worth it.)

Anyway, being the roguish pirate that I am, I've gotten it. I don't know if there's any way to share files, and it might be risky on an open forum. It's very easy to find though, for anyone interested. It's a .cbr file, so you'll need a comic book reader program to read it. I already have one to read all my star wars comics. I recommend CDisplayEx, it works a lot like a pdf reader, but a pdf reader can't play .cbr files.
